Apply for the host role

Before you start

• You must have a LocalBook account with a confirmed e-mail address.
• Have your phone number ready. If you are a company, you can also give the company name, tax number (NIP) and address. These are optional.

Procedure

1. Log in. Your dashboard opens.
2. Click Apply to become a host.
3. Enter your phone number. A number without a country code is a Polish number (+48).
4. In You are applying as, select Private person or Company.
5. You can write a short description of your property. This helps the administrator.
6. Click Submit application.

What happens next

• The dashboard shows the status of the application: Awaiting decision, Approved or Rejected.
• When the administrator approves the application, you get an e-mail. Properties and Requests then show in the menu.
• If the administrator rejects the application, you get an e-mail with the reason. You can apply again.

Change the data in the application

You cannot edit an application. Click Withdraw application, then submit a new application with the correct data.

We delete the data of a rejected or withdrawn application after 90 days. More: Privacy and data retention.
