Cancel a stay
How to cancel a confirmed stay before the guest arrives or during the stay.
Before you start
Agree the cancellation with the guest. You must give a reason, because the guest has a confirmed stay.
Procedure
- In the menu, click Requests.
- Next to the confirmed stay, click Cancel stay.
- Enter the Reason for the guest.
- Click Cancel stay.
Result
| When you cancel | Result |
|---|---|
| Before arrival | The status of the stay is Cancelled. All the dates are free again. |
| During the stay | The stay ends today. The past nights stay in the history. The other nights are free. |
| After departure | You cannot cancel. The stay has ended. |
