Rooms in a property

If you rent separate rooms, for example in a guesthouse, they all live in one property. Guests choose a room type, and you assign the room when confirming.

Switch the property to rooms

1. Open the property and the Rooms tab.
2. Click I rent by rooms.
3. Enter the first room type (e.g. "Double room"), how many such rooms you have and the number of the first room. The next rooms get the following numbers.
4. Click Switch to rooms. Upcoming stays go to the first room.

Room types and rooms

• Add room type — name in Polish and English, description, guests and price from.
• Edit — change the type, rename rooms, add or remove a room. A room with upcoming stays or requests cannot be removed.
• Remove room type — when none of its rooms has upcoming stays. A property always keeps at least one type.

What guests see

The property page has a Rooms section with a card per type: name, description, guests, price from and the beds, bathroom and kitchen (In this room type). Guests ask for a room type; dates are free when at least one room of the type is free for the whole stay. The type shows in the request, the e-mails and the calendar, and you assign the room when confirming. A link with dates can carry the type: ?rodzaj=<id>.

What stays shared

Rules, deposit, local fee, arrival, contact and host details are shared by the whole property. You set them in their tabs.
