Request and stay statuses
The meaning of each status in the list of requests.
| Status | Meaning | Takes the dates |

| New | A guest sent a request. It waits for your decision. | No |
| Awaiting deposit | You accepted the request and wait for the payment. See Ask for a deposit. | Depends on the property settings |
| Confirmed | You confirmed the stay. | Yes |
| Rejected | You rejected the request, or LocalBook rejected it automatically because the property is no longer visible to guests. | No |
| Cancelled | You cancelled a confirmed stay before the guest arrived. | No |
| Expired | The dates of the request passed without a decision, or you released the dates because the deposit did not arrive. | No |
Other labels
| Label | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Overlaps … | A confirmed stay (we name whose), a block or a booking from a different site already takes the dates of the request. |
| Withdrawn by the guest | The guest withdrew the request on their private page. The dates are free. You got an e-mail. |
| Ended early | The stay was cancelled during the stay. It ended before the planned date. |
| Guest data deleted | The retention period ended. Only the dates stay. See Privacy and data retention. |
